DO NOT work for Staff Mates. Maria is AWFUL to work for. She overworks and underpays her nurses and staff while treating them like CRAP.

Your schedule is always screwed up because she cannot keep Staffing Coordinators. I SWEAR - I've seen over 30 in and out in less than 1 year!!! They don't use computers, there is NO filing system and nothing is kept confidential. I can't believe the State hasn't shut them down. They are a disgrace to the Home Health Care Community. ***The nurses are great and very capable but Maria (87 year old SOCIOPATH) makes it IMPOSSIBLE for anyone there to do their job!! The only people she treats worse than her staff is her patients.

oh..but if you want 420 call her grandson there - he'll meet you in the parking lot!
