Here's one:

Nicotine is addictive....not! finger

There is no evidence whatsoever that nicotine has any significant potential for dependence, and anyone who tells you that it can create dependence is offering an unsupported personal opinion, or is badly misinformed.

Addiction and dependence are completely different things though. Nicotine is addictive, but it doesn't create a dependence. The difference would be for instance addiction, one continues to smoke even though they know it's bad for them, but they continue that behavior to get the nicotine. Dependence would be if one were to quit smoking becoming physically ill, and having a physical need for nicotine to not be sick, like opiates.

E-cigarettes are healthier alternative to smoking. E-cigarettes are a safer way to get a nicotine fix, or a way for smokers to break a nasty habit, and it is less harmful than traditional cigarettes.

Lot's a myths. Good info.

Whether nicotine is addictive or causes dependence doesn't really mean anything. I know lots of folks who are dependent on that cup of coffee in the morning, and indeed appear to suffer mood swings if they don't get it.

We can worry about that stuff later, first things first, get rid of the stuff that is actually killing people. Whatever method that might entail, whether it be pills, patches, gum, ecigs, hypnosis, or voodoo. I don't care.
