Try this recipe with no sweetener at first, then add a drop until you reach the desired sweetness for you. Two drops is what I found to close to the actual candy.

Nicotine liquid 1: 30mg/ml 70%PG/30%VG Base 30mg/ml 78% 2.3ml 69 drops
Flavoring 1: TPA Cinnamon 14 % 0.4 ml 12 drops
Flavoring 2: TPA Cinnamon Red Hots 6 % 0.2 ml 6 drops
Flavoring 3: Stevia Sweetner 2 % 0.1 ml 2 drops
Overall nicotine strength: 23.4 mg/ml
