Ok.. so I think Julie is a cunt. But that is not news to anyone.
Because we were the first ones to do a study like this… there was no protocol for it. So myself and the air quality researcher designed it. The protocol was carried out according to SMOKING study protocol because the person doing it did what they do for smoking studies (against my advice) and as a result the data of Phase 1 of IVAQS was questionable so we did it again to compare the 2 sets (both sets of data will be compared in the published article with proposed reasons for the discrepancies) after raising enough funds to do so at Vapefest. This is also not news to anyone and the fact that we did a second trial is posted on IVAQS website and has been since we did it.
The University did not sue me for sharing private data to one person without them signing an NDA.
Eissenberg said he could only buy pre-filled cartomizers for his study. I told him he should have asked people if they HAD or WOULD use a cartomizer instead of if they DO cause most vapers don’t. He said he could not change wording or protocol because he would have to go thru IRB again. I suggested that if we let people know they just needed to be willing to use cartomizers before they called in they could get more people into the study. That does NOT in any way compromise the validity of a study on physiological affects of e-cigs.
I said I was NOT starting an e-cig business with Boogie in April. 4 months later in July I decided TO start an e-cig business with Phil. I borrowed money from my family to do so (check image here… http://vapeny.com/startupchecksA.jpg) and Phil used up his savings to do so. How does that make me a liar?
What else you got?
