I have had the Volcano Magma a week yesterday. My atomizers are giving me a burnt taste and one of my batteries are completely dead and will not charge. If I call customer support, will they replace them? Please give me some advice.

Volcano is very good about Customer Service. Yes, call them. They will take care of any issues you have. Been using there products for a couple months now. Had some major issues in the beginning myself. Magma Charging Pack not charging on the go, bad battery, Led lense fell off battery. Just seamed like a ton of crap, they took care of everything. Fast too.

Give them a call, they should replace at least the battery. The atomizers is a possibility since you have not had them long. Just remember that they are in Hawaii! Their time difference can throw you off when trying to call them. Best way to contact customer service is to use your OWN email client and email customerservice@volcanoecigs.com and explain the troubles you are having.

FYI: This has been known to happen with new vapers… stock cartridges use a poly fill that is not known to wick liquids well. You will get several good hits off of a stock cart then it’ll go dry if you are constantly vaping. You have to either use the thermometer flick method and get the liquid wicking again or switch to another new cartridge until that one soaks up more liquid. New vapers who are trying to switch over completely from analogs sometimes vape vape vape because of their mental addiction to analog cigarettes and they over heat their atomizers when the cartridge goes dry (or when it stops wicking with the stock poly fill on a stock cartridge). What happens next is the wicking that is inside the atomizer gets burned… then you get a burnt taste on everything. With a 510 model (such as the Magma) I typically try to touch or hold the outside of the atty on a frequent basis.. if it is uncomfortably hot to the touch, it means you need to put it down for a minute and let it cool. Then get a new cart or use the thermometer flick to get the liquids going again.

    Hope this helps!
