White Rose Vaper’s Club was founded in April 2011 by Brandon Shearer. He wanted to give the local vaping community an opportunity to gather together monthly, share vaping experiences, sample e-liquids, build support systems, support the vaping community, and just have fun. Brandon passed away September 14, 2011 and to honor him, White Rose Vaper’s Club will continue and grow.
