I think he is referring to the NVC board of directors rooms being paid for in St. Louis out of IVAQS money also that all nvc board members were bought mods in St. Louis.

Spikey apparently wants nothing to do with it. Hoping she will change her mind. But the people who already have reservations and plane tickets are planning on still attending.
